I’m a busy mom who found a love for web design and helping other entrepreneurs succeed. When looking for help for my own business, I found that some designers we not upfront with their pricing and abilities and I knew I wanted transparency to be one of the core values of my brand. I’ll work WITH you, sharing my opinions and experience, in a kind manner that shows how invested I am in your project! I also only take on one web design client at a time so that I can fully devote myself to serving you best.

You’ll pay 50% of the design fee when you select your services and book your design date. On the last day of our 2 or 4 week design period, just before we launch your site, your final 50% remainder payment will be due.

If you require more flexibility, I do offer monthly payment options.

Which plan topic depends a bit on what features and functionality your website will have. I’ll help you pick the best plan for you when we get on our lesson & launch call on the final day of the design period. Most of my clients use the Business Plan and Squarespace often runs 20% off promos.

In order for us to make the most effective use of our time together, we’ll need your content submitted by the Thursday before your scheduled design period.

If your copy and images will not be ready by the due date, we will need to reschedule. To be fair to you, and every other client in the design calendar, I stick firmly to my design schedule.

After your initial consult, if you’d like to hire me, we will set a design date and I will send you a contract and invoice for your first payment. I will also send you a Welcome Book that has detailed instructions about creating a Mood Board on Pinterest, submitting copy and images, and completing questionnaires.

Once your design period begins, we will meet on Monday of Week 1 to go over strategy, vision, and questionnaires. By the end of Week 1, I will have the first draft of your pages for your review. You have an unlimited number of revisions you can submit until the Thursday of Week 2. On Friday, I will complete the finishing touches, transfer your domain and complete a hand-off training so you feel confident managing your site moving forward.

Again, if you fail to submit content or revisions by the due dates, your project will be delayed and may need to be rescheduled.

I hope you will be completely satisfied with my services. I take your feedback very seriously and allow for revisions and requests throughout the design process. All of my work should be of the highest quality and in line with your expectations, however I do not offer refunds.
